Our Story

Introduction
South Post Oak Barber College was founded in 2013 with a mission to uplift and empower individuals in the Houston area and beyond. Located in the heart of Houston, our college was born out of a desire to provide quality education in barbering, foster professional growth, and positively impact our community.
Founder’s Vision
Mr. Charles Ahaiwe established SPO Barber College with a vision to bridge education and community needs. Recognizing the importance of opportunity and skill-building, he founded the college to help students build meaningful careers and provide them with a solid foundation in the art and business of barbering.

At SPO Barber College, our mission is to provide top-tier barbering education in a student-centered environment, equipping our students with the knowledge, technical skills, and professionalism needed for success in the industry. Director & President

With a passion for barbering and education, Mr. Ahaiwe oversees all aspects of the college, ensuring it remains true to its mission.

Barber Instructors

Skilled barbers with years of industry experience, they provide hands-on instruction and mentorship.

Financial Aid Director

Assists students with financial planning and funding options, making education accessible.
